Rub U.S. Turkey with salt and pepper. Place in a large lightly-greased roasting pan. Let stand for 15 minutes. Mix carrot with celery, onion and thyme. Golden Roasted Whole U.S. Turkey

Ingredients:

Stir coriander with cumin and peppercorn in a heavy pan for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Crush mixture to a powder. Add oil, tomato puree, chili and salt. Mix well. Rub U.S. chicken drumsticks with spice paste. Grill over hot coals for 5-6 minutes to each side, or until cooked through to desired doneness.

Spice-Grilled U.S. Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

Stir U.S. chicken leg quarters in a greased skillet until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a roasting pan and cook at 350 °F for 55 minutes or until cooked through. In same skillet, cook mushrooms, onions and garlic, over medium heat, for 2 minutes. Sprinkle flour and stir until light brown. Add apple juice, stock and stir for 30 seconds.
