New technologies and technical advances in poultry genetics, production and processing have allowed the U.S. poultry consumption to earn a worldwide reputation of unmatched quality.
All U.S. poultry products are precisely monitored following high standards, all the way from breeding, feeding, slaughter, freezing, packaging and transporting to marketing. All products which are offered for export must be inspected and approved by the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which in turn guarantees both quality and safety.
The USDA inspection and grading programs insure the wholesomeness and proper labeling of all poultry products. Poultry products may be quality graded into one of three grades: Grade “A”, Grade “B” or Grade “C”.
All U.S. chicken meat which is offered for export to the Middle East are Halal.
