500 grs. elbow macaroni, cooked
340 grs.   U.S. chicken franks, sliced
1   onion, chopped
2 ½  cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2   cups milk
¼  cup flour
2   tbsps. unsalted butter
½  tsp. salt
¼  tsp. black pepper

Method of preparation:

In a casserole, mix macaroni with 2 cups cheese and U.S. chicken franks. Sauté onion in butter in a pan over medium heat until soft. Stir in flour and milk quickly until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over franks and stir well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cook inside oven for 20 minutes or until heated through.
